Although we were very experienced with the venue, our banking industry clients ATMIA and RBR set a challenging brief; using a large wide room with relatively low ceiling, we needed to run both a main plenary for 600 as a single group, then split the group into two streams within the same room. We effected this by using 4 projection screens, ceiling mounted loudspeakers and flexible signal routing, allowing us to cater for both of the required room configurations whilst providing clear visibility and sound throughout the event. We also were briefed to run power and supply equipment to much of the exhibition area in the Nine Kings suite. We were able to plan and run a cost-effective and successful event which was well-received by both the client and the delegates.
